LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a highly qualified and experienced Commercial Finance Attorney for a remote contract role with an undisclosed client. This position presents a unique chance to collaborate with a dynamic legal team and contribute to major commercial finance transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support for various commercial finance transactions, including asset-based lending, secured transactions, and syndicated loans.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex financial agreements such as loan, security, and intercreditor agreements.

  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for these transactions.

  • Advise clients on federal and state regulations related to commercial finance.

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful transaction execution.

  • Assist in developing and implementing commercial finance policies and procedures.

  • Stay updated on changes in commercial finance laws and regulations to provide accurate legal advice.

  • Address and resolve legal issues or disputes arising during transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and maintain active bar membership in good standing.

  • Minimum five years of experience as a commercial finance attorney, specializing in asset-based lending and secured transactions.

  • Experience with commercial finance laws, regulations, and practices is crucial, along with excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work proficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential.

  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software, as well as experience working independently and collaboratively with a proactive and solution-oriented approach, is required.

  • Preference is given to those with remote work experience.



Pay Details: $70.00 to $100.00 per hour
