LHH is looking for an on-site Workers Compensation Paralegal in Pittsburgh
Essential Functions:
- Organize correspondence and medical reports
- Assist with intake case details, including medical summaries
- Schedule appointments and meetings; maintain attorney calendar
- Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of documents
- Conduct legal research; develop knowledge of workers' compensation laws
- Draft briefs, motions, appeals, and accident reports
- Review and follow up on client deadlines
- Consistently complete assigned tasks within required timeframes and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
- 2+ years of prior law firm experience; preference for workers' compensation experience
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume casework
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
