LHH is looking for an on-site Workers Compensation Paralegal in Pittsburgh

Essential Functions:

  • Organize correspondence and medical reports
  • Assist with intake case details, including medical summaries
  • Schedule appointments and meetings; maintain attorney calendar
  • Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of documents
  • Conduct legal research; develop knowledge of workers' compensation laws
  • Draft briefs, motions, appeals, and accident reports
  • Review and follow up on client deadlines
  • Consistently complete assigned tasks within required timeframes and deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • 2+ years of prior law firm experience; preference for workers' compensation experience
  • Team player with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume casework
Salary range $55,000 - $65,000 Depending on experience, benefits offered

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
