LHH is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a client in Plainfield, IN. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. This role involves leading a team of warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet operational goals.

· Maintain accurate inventory records, oversee stock levels, and coordinate cycle counts.

· Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.

· Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and workflow.

· Enforce safety protocols and ensure the warehouse complies with OSHA and company standards.

· Oversee the maintenance and proper use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.

· Prepare and analyze operational reports and metrics to track performance.

Qualifications:

· Must have at least 3 years of experience managing or supervising a team

· Warehouse, Logistics, or Manufacturing experience

· Fluency in Spanish or French is preferred but not required

· Strong attention to detail

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Strong leadership and team building skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Translate, and WMS or ERP systems

Hours:

· Day Shift: M-F 7:30-6p (can choose an 8 hour shift within this time frame)
