LHH is assisting a full-service Plano Amlaw 100 law firm find a Products Liability Paralegal. The ideal candidate must have trial experience and at least 8 years of litigation experience. This candidate will mostly support the firm's Managing Partner and some other attorneys.

Benefits:

• salary range $70,000 - $100,000 DOE
• Free parking
• Benefits coverage starts Day 1
• 22 accrued PTO Days per year, 1 Floating Holiday, and 10 other paid holidays

Requirements:

• at least 5-8 years of product liability, warranty, franchise and distribution law litigation, and other complex business disputes in a variety of industries
• 2 or 4-year degree and a paralegal certificate; however, work experience may be substituted for education
• Trial experience is necessary
• The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of litigation experience in a law firm, including case preparation from beginning to end and an understanding of a paralegal's role in the litigation life cycle, especially product liability litigation
• Must be flexible to work overtime
• work on-site
