Immediate Opening: Personal Injury Attorney (Temp-to-Hire) – Plantation, FL

LHH is partnering with a respected plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Plantation, FL, to identify a skilled and committed Personal Injury Attorney for a full-time, temp-to-hire position. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and is ready to take full ownership of a dynamic caseload.

Position Overview:

This exclusive role requires full-time dedication—outside legal work or concurrent employment is not permitted due to conflict and workload considerations. The selected attorney will manage cases from intake through resolution, playing a critical role in advocating for injured clients and securing fair outcomes.

Key Duties:

• Manage a full docket of personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement or trial

• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and conduct legal research

• Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and insurance adjusters

• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations, depositions, and court hearings

• Prepare for and attend trials as needed

• Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants

Candidate Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in Florida

• At least 2 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation

• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills

• Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office

• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume caseload

• Must not engage in any outside legal practice or concurrent employment

• This is an on-site position (not remote)
