Job Opportunity: Customer Service Benefits Representative
Location: Pleasanton, CA (Fully Onsite)
Duration: April 5, 2025 – December 2025
Compensation: $32.20 – $37 per hour
Language Requirement: Spanish required

Job Overview:

This role supports the administration of fringe benefits, including pension, medical, and annuity benefits. The primary responsibilities include processing correspondence, assisting members with benefit inquiries, handling vacation payouts, and managing annuity-related documents. Strong customer service skills are essential, as the role involves phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process approximately 60 documents daily

• Answer phone calls and assist members with benefits inquiries

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and email

• Handle vacation payouts and annuity processing

• Complete a structured 2–3 month training period before direct member interactions

Ideal Candidate:

• Quick learner, able to adapt to a new system (BASIS)

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask

• Works well with others in a collaborative environment

Schedule & Benefits:

• Work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (30-minute lunch, two 15-minute breaks)
