Job Posting: HR Coordinator (Manufacturing Background Required)

Location: Pleasanton, CA
Work Schedule: 100% On-site, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $27 to $34 per hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator with a background in manufacturing to join team. This role involves coordinating a variety of human resources and office duties, including full-cycle recruiting, benefits administration, and employee life cycle management. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and be capable of handling the fast-paced nature of HR operations in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Responsible for the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including maintaining and updating employee personnel files (both physical and digital).

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates across multiple departments.

  • Benefits Administration: Manage all aspects of employee benefits, from strategy development to open enrollment.

  • Training Coordination: Organize mandatory trainings, including anti-harassment training for new hires.

  • Leave of Absence Management: Process and coordinate employee requests for leave, including medical and personal leaves.

  • Employee Data Management: Record employee information (personal data, compensation, tax data, attendance, performance reviews, termination dates, etc.) and ensure the accuracy of payroll and benefit data.

  • Payroll Support: Compile and maintain data for payroll processing, including wage computations.

  • Compliance: Work with our PEO (TriNet) to maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures.

  • Accident Reporting: Prepare and file reports for workplace accidents and injuries.

  • Office Management: Order office and breakroom supplies, handle catering for events, and provide occasional support for marketing events and executive visitors.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and compliance, especially in areas like benefits and leave administration.

  • Experience with employee file management (digital and physical).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with HR software and payroll systems.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work closely with managers to support HR processes across departments.

This is a temp-to-hire position



Pay Details: $27.00 to $34.00 per hour
