You'll be the go-to person for the accounting and finance department, tackling monthly close initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc reports. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, manage and analyze financial transactions and reports for management.

• Lead the month-end close activities, general ledger entries, accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations.

• Prepare and adjust journal entries and various account reconciliations.

• Prepare inventory reports and calculate profitability reports.

• Prepare the consolidated financials.

• Collaborate with the auditors.

• Intercompany reconciliations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is required.

• Excellent full cycle technical accounting skills (US GAAP)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel - Advanced) and system savvy with Oracle or SAP preferred.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Experience: 5 years of accounting experience (Senior Accountant, General Ledger Accountant, Staff Accountant)
