One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business initiatives and strategic decisions.

• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and cash flows.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.

• Analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast, providing actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

• Provide financial support for business planning, including capital investment analysis and ROI assessments.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and control.

• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree FInance, Accounting, or related field

• CPA, CMA or equivalent preferred

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related role

• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial principles and modeling.

• Proficiency in financial software and tools

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
