LHH is partnering with a growing client in the Pomona, CA area for a Compensation and Benefits Manager role.
This role is primarily remote for a candidate here in the Southern California area. There will be occasional travel to client site.
This role owns the Compensation programs for the company. Do you have experience benchmarking salaries and conducting marketing analysis? Enjoy projects like merit increases and performance management?
This role will also be the primary contact for Benefits and the main point of contact for Benefits Administration.
This is a great opportunity to grow into a Total Rewards Manager role - if you do not have extensive expeience in Benefits Administration the company will train.
This role is remote with some travel for business needs.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred, experience in lieu accepted.
5+ years of progressively responsible experience in Compensation Analysis, preferred.
Compensation and Benefits experience at a medium to large organizations (350+ employees) is a plus
Interest in growing into a Compensation & Benefits professional is a must!
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
