We are seeking a International Logistics Coordinator with OEM/Tier 1 manufacturing experience to join a team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at providing top-tier customer support. The ideal candidate will have experience working with OEM/Tier 1 clients, managing order updates, and maintaining accurate records within an ERP system (SAP preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM/Tier 1 customers, providing updates on orders, shipping status, billing changes, and any potential delays.
Maintain professional phone and email communication, ensuring excellent customer service and relationship management.
Utilize SAP or other ERP systems to update and maintain account information, notes, and order details.
Ensure import/export documentation is properly updated and maintained.
Work closely with internal teams, including logistics and billing, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
OEM/Tier 1 manufacturing experience is required—this must be reflected on the resume.
Experience in customer service, account management, or logistics coordination within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems for account updates and order tracking.
Strong written and verbal communication skills—must be comfortable handling professional correspondence via email and phone.
Exposure to import/export documentation is preferred.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
