Job Title: Finance Manager – Corporate FP&A
Start/End Dates: 1/6/2025 - 6/1/2025
Work Location: Port Washington, NY
Pay Range: $70/hr to $80/hr depending on experience level
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the Corporate FP&A team. This position will provide critical financial insight to senior management by analyzing financial trends and performance. The Finance Manager will support key financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, with a focus on improving business performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide financial insight to senior leadership (CFO and other executives) by performing variance and trend analysis, including monthly results and budget/forecast comparisons.
Analyze key financial trends impacting the business, including competitor and market trends.
Compile global budgets and forecasts, and lead the development and maintenance of financial templates, reporting, and guidance.
Support the monthly close process, including managing centralized OneStream processes.
Lead global functional business partnering, providing financial insight to help leaders ensure cost efficiency and optimal business performance.
Enhance processes and develop key financial and operational metrics, dashboards, and reports to improve efficiency and analytical capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
8+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, operational P&L analysis, and business partnering to improve performance.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with various business partners, understand key drivers, develop recommendations, and track and implement actions to improve results.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex financial modeling.
Experience with Oracle, HFM, and Hyperion Planning required.
Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create impactful presentations for senior management.
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
A self-starter with high energy, eagerness to learn, and a growth mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex financial information to all levels of the organization.
Pay Details: $70.00 to $80.00 per hour
