- Execute Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) functions as the primary responsibility.
- Employ advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to develop, sustain, and scrutinize financial documents and reports.
- Display adeptness in utilizing general computer applications and web-based tools.
- Articulate financial documentation clearly and concisely through proficient written communication skills.
- Collaborate closely with the accounting team to bolster financial operations and reporting.
- Physically handle, transport, and manage large boxes of supplies weighing up to 50 pounds as necessary.
- Perform tasks requiring stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching for limited durations.
- Maintain a professional and cooperative demeanor while engaging with employees, members, board members, vendors, and the public.
- Possess an advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Demonstrate proficiency in navigating general computer and web-based programs.
- Exhibit a foundational understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Showcase effective writing skills for financial documentation.
- Accumulate 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) roles.
