LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detailed-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in the beautiful city of Portland, Oregon. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experience Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is crucial for overseeing the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing incoming payments, and efficiency in financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s cash flow, ensuring efficient and accurate cash operations, and supporting financial planning and analysis. In this role, you will:

• Work with cash collections
• Review and process employee expense reports
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Work with credit card and check processing

To be a fit, you must have:

• 2+ years’ experience working with Full Cycle AR
• Experience working with accounting systems
• Data entry experience
• Understand credit memos and financial statements

Employment Type: Temp to hire Salary Range:

• Up to $25/ hour
