LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in the Portland, OR area to find an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with a variety of office tasks. Location: Portland, OR
Hours/Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20 - $27 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
- Assist with event planning, meeting coordination, and general office tasks.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
