Schedule: Part-time two days per week, Mondays and Fridays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Description:
LHH Recruitment has an exciting opportunity to hire an Administrative Assistant for our property management client located in NE Portland. This role DOES NOT require previous experience in property management, and can be a great way to gain exposure and get your foot in the door into a new industry. This role will assist in the day-to-day operations of the property management office, ensuring efficiency and overall great customer service for tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the property.
Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and property maintenance.
Support leasing activities, including showing properties to prospective tenants and processing applications.
Ensure excellent customer service and foster positive tenant relationships.
Qualifications:
1+ years in administration or customer service. Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not required.
Reliability to be on time for your assigned work days.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn a property management system.
Ability to work independently.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
