Job Title: Assistant Portfolio Manager
Location: Onsite – South Portland, Oregon
Job Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually
Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm

About the Role
LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Portfolio Manager to support our client's residential property management operations in South Portland. This is a full-time, onsite position ideal for someone with a strong foundation in property management and accounting who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing a portfolio of residential properties across the Portland area.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for each property.
Monitor rent collections, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
Conduct periodic property visits and inspections.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
Prepare and review lease agreements, renewals, and tenant communications.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local housing regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property management.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and property budgeting.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (minimal local travel involved).
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
