Job Title: Assistant Portfolio Manager
Location: Portland, OR
Duration: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annually (depending on experience)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in the Portland area seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Portfolio Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone with property management and financial coordination experience who enjoys working in a collaborative environment with leadership potential.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing a portfolio of properties and provide operational support to the lead manager
  • May oversee a small number of properties independently
  • Support the preparation and review of property budgets and financial performance
  • Coordinate building assessments and gather vendor bids
  • Assist with financial reporting and data input using property management software
  • Occasionally visit properties for inspections, showings, and operational needs
  • Support team members and promote a positive, solutions-oriented work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and property operations
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with property management software preferred
  • Previous leadership experience or the ability to mentor others is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and remain professional in challenging situations
