Job Title: HR Benefits Manager
Industry: Non-Profit
Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Oregon or Washington to be considered)
Type: Contract, 3-6 months
Pay Rate: $35-$40 per hour

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HR Benefits Manager to join our well-known Non-Profit client's team on a fully remote basis. This is a contract position for 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Candidates must reside in Oregon or Washington to be considered, and ideally will have 3+ years of direct experience overseeing benefits inquiries within a large organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to employee benefits.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.

  • Conduct benefits orientations and provide ongoing education to employees about their benefits options.

  • Prepare and present reports on benefits utilization to senior management.

  • Assist with the annual benefits renewal process and open enrollment activities.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits records and documentation.



Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR management.

  • Background working in a large Non-Profit organization is a BIG plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management software.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.



Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
