Location: Portland, OR

Company: LHH Recruitment Solutions is thrilled to partner with a renowned, stable company in Portland, OR, for a direct hire Benefits Administrator role. With over 100 years in business, our client prides itself on its collaborative work environment and employee-centric culture.

Role Overview:

As a Benefits Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the company's benefits program. You will work closely with a peer to provide full support for employee benefits, ensuring effective communication and smooth administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive benefits administration, collaborating with a team member to deliver outstanding support.
  • Champion wellness and benefits communication across the organization.
  • Participate in audits, manage vendor communications, and handle reporting related to benefit plans.
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire benefits enrollments, as well as annual open enrollment processes.
  • Provide clear and timely correspondence to employees regarding benefits changes, eligibility, coverage, and COBRA.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in benefits administration.
  • Skills: Solution-oriented with a strong desire to grow and work within a team environment.
  • Background: Experience serving as a resource for companies with 500+ employees.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Work Preference: Willingness to work 100% onsite with the HR team.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: Competitive, ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 DOE.
  • Benefits Package: Comprehensive and employee-friendly, including low deduction Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, 120 PTO hours, 7 paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan.
  • Employment Type: Full-time, direct placement.


Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
