LHH is seeking an experienced Claims Attorney to join our client's legal team on a long-term contract basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within a fully-remote and collaborative work environment.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct thorough and accurate review of electronic documents (e.g., emails, contracts, financial records)
• Identify and flag relevant documents according to defined criteria and legal holds
• Summarize and analyze key information extracted from documents
• Field complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all document reviews
• Meet daily/weekly productivity targets and deadlines
• Effectively communicate with project managers and legal teams regarding any issues or concerns

Who You Are:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license in good standing from one US jurisdiction
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace for remote work
