Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Benefits)
Location: Remote (MUST reside in Oregon or Washington to be considered. Candidates who do not live in these states will not be considered at this time.)
Contract Type: 6-Month Contract
Compensation: $20.30 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
About the Role:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client's team on a 6-month contract. In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for employees and customers calling in with questions about their benefits. Your ability to provide clear, accurate, and empathetic support will be key to ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from employees and customers regarding benefits-related inquiries.
Provide accurate information and guidance on health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefit programs.
Document all interactions and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR or benefits specialists as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Requirements:
Must reside in Oregon or Washington.
Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment.
Exposure to answering benefits and/or open enrollment questions is a big plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience using a CRM is a plus.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Pay Details: $20.30 per hour
