Job Title: Event Support Coordinator
Location: Onsite in Portland, OR (various locations depending on event)
Hours: 30 hours per week (must be flexible on hours)
Pay Rate: $20-$26 per hour DOE

Duration: 6 month contract


Job Description:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a reliable Event Support Coordinator to join our local client's team. This role will support their many events that are held to educate customers and clients about their services, and requires a candidate who can accommodate a flexible schedule and is willing to travel to various event locations within the Portland area. The primary responsibilities will include assisting with the setup and teardown of events.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the physical setup and teardown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, equipment, and decorations.

  • Ensure all event materials are properly organized and stored before and after events.

  • Collaborate with event planners and other team members to ensure smooth execution of event logistics.

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment during setup and teardown activities.

  • Travel to various event locations within the Portland area as required.



Qualifications:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Physical ability to lift and move objects.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Reliable transportation for travel to event locations.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
