$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per Year
- Support recruitment efforts (50-60% of the role), including scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding.
- Manage data entry and monitor the recruitment inbox; this role will be heavily administrative.
- Refresh and repost job descriptions as needed.
- Assist with employee benefits, open enrollment, and other HR functions.
- Provide support for the team in Israel.
- Utilize Oracle and basic Excel skills for ATS management.
- Exposure to HR and recruiting functions.
- Recent graduates with an HR degree are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in basic Excel; experience with Oracle is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
