Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: 100% Onsite, Portland, OR (Moving to Lake Oswego in January)
Duration: Contract to Hire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment efforts (50-60% of the role), including scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding.
  • Manage data entry and monitor the recruitment inbox; this role will be heavily administrative.
  • Refresh and repost job descriptions as needed.
  • Assist with employee benefits, open enrollment, and other HR functions.
  • Provide support for the team in Israel.
  • Utilize Oracle and basic Excel skills for ATS management.
Qualifications:
  • Exposure to HR and recruiting functions.
  • Recent graduates with an HR degree are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in basic Excel; experience with Oracle is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
