Our client is seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join their team in a hybrid role based in Portland, OR, offering a competitive salary of $75K–$90K plus benefits. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving the integrity of HR data and systems.
In this role, you’ll focus on the management and optimization of the organization’s HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, driving process improvements, and supporting strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of HRIS experience, a sharp eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, audit, and improve data integrity within the HRIS
Serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and troubleshooting
Develop and generate reports to support HR decision-making
Collaborate with HR and IT to implement new functionalities and system enhancements
Ensure data security, compliance, and consistency across platforms
Qualifications:
3+ years of HRIS experience (Workday, ADP, or similar platforms)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
