HR Compensation Associate

$27.00 - $35.00 per Hour
- Maintain and organize Classification Specifications and Job Description bank.
- Update Compensation Templates and assist with Job Description edits and template migration.
- Participate in the Job Cataloging project.
- Assist with website maintenance and respond to simple inquiries, escalating as needed.
- Run and format routine and ad hoc reports.
- Assist with simple hiring and offer requests under team guidance.
- Gather information and perform basic Compensation analytics.
- Set up Compensation elements in UKG and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Perform routine and ad hoc audits for accuracy in Compensation processing.
- Take meeting notes and follow up on Compensation action items.
- Provide administrative support for compensation projects, including salary administration and total rewards statements.
- Support Compensation Tickets triaging and assist with Salary Survey timelines and payments.
- Maintain and update Compensation procedure documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or administrative coordination, with some exposure to compensation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint; UKG and SharePoint experience preferred.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with individuals at all levels.
- Initiative to improve processes in a fast-paced environment.
