LHH Recruitment Solutions is proactively searching for HR Coordinators in the Portland Metro area to connect with talented professionals for future opportunities. If you are an experienced HR Coordinator ready to make an impact in a dynamic organization, we want to hear from you! This is not an immediate job opening, but we are building a pipeline of qualified candidates for upcoming roles.
Location: Portland, OR Metro Area
Hours/Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR documentation.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and other HR-related activities.
  • Process and track employee benefits, time-off requests, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
  • Assist in organizing employee training programs and company events.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an HR or administrative role, ideally as an HR Coordinator or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, positive attitude.


Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
