Location: Portland, OR Metro Area
Hours/Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR documentation.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and other HR-related activities.
- Process and track employee benefits, time-off requests, and other HR-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Assist in organizing employee training programs and company events.
- Proven experience in an HR or administrative role, ideally as an HR Coordinator or similar position.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
