- Act as the front desk representative, delivering exceptional customer service and professional interaction.
- Communicate effectively with employees and external contacts via phone and email.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Conduct data entry tasks related to HR functions, with experience in Kronos/UKG being a plus.
- Support various HR and administrative tasks as required.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with time/HR/data entry, particularly with Kronos/UKG.
- Quick learner with the ability to accurately follow directions.
- Degree in HR or related field, or a strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
