LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading industrial company that supports Aerospace and Defense, Energy and Infrastructure, and Maritime Industries. We are urgently seeking a motivated HR Support Administrator to join their Portland team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic environment. Job Title: HR Support Administrator Location: 100% Onsite – Portland, OR 97217 Pay: $20-$22 per hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Duration: Contract through end of the year, with the possibility for conversion. Responsibilities:
  • Act as the front desk representative, delivering exceptional customer service and professional interaction.
  • Communicate effectively with employees and external contacts via phone and email.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Conduct data entry tasks related to HR functions, with experience in Kronos/UKG being a plus.
  • Support various HR and administrative tasks as required.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications: Must Haves:
  1. Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality.
  2. Ability to work independently and effectively in a customer-facing role.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Haves:
  1. Experience with time/HR/data entry, particularly with Kronos/UKG.
  2. Quick learner with the ability to accurately follow directions.
  3. Degree in HR or related field, or a strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
