Location: Portland, OR hybrid Onsite 1.5 days a week

Top Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to Recruiter for the entire organization, managing recruitment for all locations and levels (corporate and warehouse).


• Dive into day-to-day sourcing activities and take the lead in developing innovative recruitment processes and strategies.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 1+ year of recruiting experience.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in the Manufacturing or Distribution industry.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Talent Sourcing & Networking: Master the art of sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.


• Interview & Candidate Assessment: Conduct structured and behavioral interviews to find the perfect fit.


• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.


• Compliance & Legal Knowledge: Stay on top of labor laws and recruitment-related compliance, including EEOC guidelines and data privacy regulations.


• Multi-task Management: Juggle multiple requisitions with ease, ensuring a seamless recruitment and onboarding process.

Compensation: $65-75K
