Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator Location: Portland, Oregon Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator will provide essential support to the HR department by handling various administrative tasks and projects. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain accurate employee records and update information in the HRIS system.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.
Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking participation.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll data.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an HR support role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
Benefits:
