Are you passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences through comprehensive Human Resources management? LHH is partnering with our long-standing client to find their next Human Resources Manager! This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a company that values innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment websites, analyze staffing needs, and match candidates with job requirements

  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations, respond to inquiries, and resolve employment issues

  • Lead the process for annual employee appraisals and other performance management systems.

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, employment-related contractual obligations, and company policies.

  • Coordinate with management to update the Company Employee Handbook and other policies.

  • Manage employment data electronically and in paper form

  • Manage payroll processing, benefits, employee attendance, and leave

  • Coordinate management training in various HR-related areas. Advise management on employee relations issues.

  • Work with the Safety Coordinator to investigate accidents and prepare reports for Worker’s Compensation.

  • Prepare separation notices and conduct exit interviews.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.

  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience.

  • HR Certification Preferred (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, HRCI).

  • Knowledge of labor law and HR management.

  • Working knowledge of accounting and budgeting.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.

  • Good judgment and initiative in resolving complex problems.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
