Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah)


Anticipated Start Date: August 26, 2024


Duration: Approximately 5 months (August through January)


Job Type: Temporary


Compensation: $18 - $21 /HR



Description:


Hi! LHH is hiring for multiple Insurance Open Enrollment Clerk II positions. If you’re looking for a remote opportunity and have experience in health insurance call centers, this could be a great fit for you!



As an Insurance Open Enrollment Clerk II, you will handle a high volume of incoming phone calls from external customers during our annual open enrollment period. This role requires strong office skills and a background in health insurance call center work.



Responsibilities:


Manage and respond to a high volume of incoming phone calls.


Provide excellent customer service and support.


Handle inquiries related to health insurance policies and open enrollment.



Requirements:


Previous experience in a health insurance call center is mandatory.


Excellent office and communication skills.


Must reside in one of the following states: Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah.




Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
