LHH has partnered with a leading personal injury law firm in Portland, OR who is seeking a Intake Coordinator to be the welcoming voice for new clients. This role is perfect for someone with a sales-driven mindset, a compassionate approach, and a talent for building trust quickly.
What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients—engaging via phone and email to understand their situation.
Conduct initial screenings to determine case viability and alignment with the firm’s services.
Coordinate consultations between qualified leads and attorneys.
Support new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Maintain detailed and organized case records in the firm’s internal systems.
Strengthen relationships with referral sources and contribute to expanding the firm’s network.
Provide general administrative support and assist with firm-wide initiatives as needed.
What You Bring to the Table
At least 2 years of experience in sales, legal intake, or client service roles.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
A natural ability to connect with people and earn their confidence.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Familiarity with CRM or legal case management software is a plus.
A professional, empathetic demeanor when working with individuals in sensitive situations.
