LHH has partnered with a leading personal injury law firm in Portland, OR who is seeking a Intake Coordinator to be the welcoming voice for new clients. This role is perfect for someone with a sales-driven mindset, a compassionate approach, and a talent for building trust quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients—engaging via phone and email to understand their situation.

  • Conduct initial screenings to determine case viability and alignment with the firm’s services.

  • Coordinate consultations between qualified leads and attorneys.

  • Support new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

  • Maintain detailed and organized case records in the firm’s internal systems.

  • Strengthen relationships with referral sources and contribute to expanding the firm’s network.

  • Provide general administrative support and assist with firm-wide initiatives as needed.

What You Bring to the Table

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, legal intake, or client service roles.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • A natural ability to connect with people and earn their confidence.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Familiarity with CRM or legal case management software is a plus.

  • A professional, empathetic demeanor when working with individuals in sensitive situations.

  • Salary: $50,000 - $85,000
