Job Title: Intake Specialist / Call Center

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Pay: $19 - $20 per hour

About the Company:

LHH Staffing is currently hiring for an Intake Specialist position. We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage incoming referrals for medical equipment, handle data entry, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors.
• Handle telephone calls, manage typing, filing, faxing, and mail handling.
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage incoming calls for referrals for DME (Durable Medical Equipment) in a cubicle environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of office administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with electronic health/medical record systems (preferably NextGen and/or OnBase).
• Basic knowledge of medical insurance regulations and terminology.
