- Recruitment Management: Manage full-cycle recruiting for retail contact center positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- System Navigation: Utilize company systems and follow the on-point recruiting process, with training provided.
- On-Site Presence: Work on-site to understand company culture and standard procedures, with potential for flexible arrangements in the future.
- Candidate Interaction: Source qualified candidates through various channels, conduct phone interviews, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and coordinate logistics to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Reporting: Use the applicant tracking system to manage candidate information, track recruiting metrics, and assist with onboarding processes as needed.
- Experience: 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably with an agency background to handle high-volume recruiting. Customer service or retail experience is ideal. Backgrounds in manufacturing or factory work are less preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- System Knowledge: Experience with ATS is a plus but not mandatory.
