We’re partnering with a well-established, locally owned manufacturing company in Portland, OR that’s seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to lead and elevate their employee development efforts. This is a 100% on-site role offering $130K–$145K DOE, an annual bonus, competitive MDV benefits, generous PTO, and a truly collaborative and people-first culture.

In this high-impact role, you’ll have the opportunity to build L&D programs from the ground up, driving growth and development across all levels—from frontline leaders to the executive team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement company-wide learning and development programs

  • Build curriculum for leadership development, performance management, and succession planning

  • Deliver training and coaching for leaders at all levels, including executive presentations

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align L&D with business goals

  • Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve program design

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience designing and launching L&D initiatives from scratch

  • Strong background in leadership training and organizational development

  • Ability to connect with a diverse workforce—from hourly employees to the C-suite

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is required

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills



Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year
