- Organize and maintain legal files
- Perform legal research
- Reviewing and analyzing documents relevant to legal cases
- Manage e-filing for both state and federal courts
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and brief
- Conduct data entry to maintain up-to-date case records
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal teams, including scheduling, managing correspondence, and coordinating case materials
- Efficiently handle incoming communications
- Keep sensitive information confidential and secure
- Familiarity with legal terminology and understanding of legal procedures
- A proven background in a Legal Assistant role or a comparable position
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
- The capacity to keep sensitive information confidential
- Competency in utilizing computer software for tasks such as data entry, managing documents, and conducting legal research
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
