Job Title: Litigation Attorney

Location: Portland, Oregon

Pay: $110,000-$150,000

LHH is seeking litigation attorneys with 3-6 years of experience to join our client's team of lawyers. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, experience drafting and arguing civil motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing cases for trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and arguing civil motions.

• Taking and defending depositions.

• Preparing cases for trial.

• Conducting legal research and writing.

• Developing case strategies and legal theories.

• Communicating with clients to provide legal advice and updates.

• Negotiating settlements and participating in mediation.

• Representing clients in court hearings and trials.

• Assisting in the preparation of appellate briefs.

• Participating in firm development activities, including marketing and client seminars.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of litigation experience.

• Excellent writing skills.

• Admitted to the Oregon Bar (Washington Bar admission is a plus).

• Strong commitment to professionalism and legal excellence.
