Job Title: Litigation Legal Assistant
Location: Portland, Oregon
Schedule: Hybrid
Salary: $55,000-$80,000

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Legal Assistant with 3+ years of experience in civil litigation to join our client's team in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Oregon's state and federal court procedures, including electronic filings and docketing schedules. Experience with Washington court systems is preferred.




Job Responsibilities:

  • Draft and edit legal documents and handle state and federal court filings

  • Manage scheduling for depositions, court dates, case deadlines, conferences, and client meetings

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, assist with time entries, and prepare expense reimbursements

  • Maintain and manage file systems and calendars

  • Address and manage communications with clients, co-workers, and third parties as required



Job Qualifications:

  • Must have at least three years of experience in civil litigation.

  • Experienced with calendaring, scheduling, managing templates, tracking invoices, and assisting with subpoena productions.

  • Proficient in digital filing, case management, and docketing.

  • Familiarity with state and federal filing procedures in Oregon.

  • Experience in Personal Injury or Insurance Defense is preferred.
