$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per Year
- Provide comprehensive support to assigned attorneys in their legal tasks
- Demonstrate knowledge in Oregon state and federal court rules, procedures, electronic court filings, and docketing/calendaring
- Prepare and manage legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency
- Engage in professional communication with clients, maintaining confidentiality and providing necessary assistance
- Monitor and manage legal deadlines to ensure compliance and prevent any oversights
- A minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and court personnel
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Experience with Washington state court rules and procedures is a plus
- Strong computer skills are essential, including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and preferably NetDocs
