Why You'll Love This Role:
In this role, you'll be at the heart of the action, supporting our legal team with a variety of essential tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
General Secretarial Duties: Keep the office running smoothly with your organizational skills.
Adaptability: Quickly shift tasks and solve problems on the fly in a fast-paced environment.
E-Filing and Docketing: Manage electronic filings and maintain accurate calendars.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with teams, supporting 1 shareholder and 1-2 attorneys at a time.
Calendar Management: Juggle multiple teams and calendars efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in litigation experience.
Expert Knowledge: Familiarity with Oregon and Washington state court rules and procedures.
Understanding of Federal court rules and procedures.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in calendar and docketing rules, and strong technology skills. Knowledge in NetDocs is a plus!
Customer Service: High level of customer service with strong written and oral communication skills.
Role Details:
Hybrid Work Schedule: Enjoy a balance of in-office (3 days) and remote work (2 days).
Competitive Benefits: Includes stipend parking, overtime availability, and bonus potential.
