LHH needs to find a Medical Referral Specialist in Portland, Oregon! Are you looking to advance your career in the medical industry? If you have experience with call centers, medical records, and data entry, or home medical equipment then we would love for you to apply!

• Location: Portland, Oregon

• Duration: Contract to Hire

• Shift: Full-time, 8:30-5pm

Pay: $19-24/hr

What are the responsibilities?

• Provide administrative assistance to bring home medical equipment to the homes of patients

• Provide excellent customer service with the care intake process via incoming calls from referral providers and patients.

• Verify patient medical documentation to provide for insurance payment

• Work in a timely fashion to process requisition requests for home medical equipment

Software: Epic experience a bonus

Background:

• Call center, medical customer service, business admin

• Experience working in a medical office and customer service is a bonus

• Ability to function within an electronic records system

• Attention to detail and time management skills
