Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking Paralegals for contract opportunities in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience and provide comprehensive legal support to attorneys, contributing to the team's overall efficiency and success. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys with case management, including research, drafting, and document organization
- Manage case files from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and agreements
- Coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances; maintain legal calendars
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
- Serve as a point of contact between legal teams, clients, and third parties
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Litigation experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required
