Job Title: Temporary Paralegal
Location: Portland, Oregon
Pay Details: $35-$44/hr.

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking Paralegals for contract opportunities in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience and provide comprehensive legal support to attorneys, contributing to the team's overall efficiency and success. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Support attorneys with case management, including research, drafting, and document organization
  • Manage case files from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and agreements
  • Coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances; maintain legal calendars
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
  • Serve as a point of contact between legal teams, clients, and third parties

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
  • Litigation experience preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
