• Assist attorneys in delivering legal services to clients.
• Handle U.S. and international patent applications, including filings and formal documents.
• Manage post-registration changes in patent properties.
• Maintain and update patent forms and reports.
• Prepare and send client and foreign associate correspondence.
• Review and approve docketing data.
• Conduct research and summarize findings.
• Handle new client file intakes and counsel transfers.
• Prepare cost estimates for foreign patent applications.

• Proficiency in computer software applications for patent prosecution.
• Familiarity with USPTO e-filing, e-PCT, PCT-Safe, and other online services.
• Experience with records management and docketing programs.
• Competence in using the firm's timekeeping system.

• High school degree required; college degree preferred.
• Paralegal certificate and at least 3 years of relevant experience in patent prosecution.
