Employment Type: Temp (1-2 months)

Compensation: $28-30/hr. USD

Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours a week

Location: Remote- Candidate needs to be located near Portland

Are you a Payroll Specialist open to a short-term assignment? LHH is partnering with a well-known company in Portland, Oregon, in need of a full-cycle Payroll Specialist with Paycom software experience. This assignment is expected to last 1-2 months and is fully remote.

In this role, you will:

• Manage bi-weekly multi-state payroll

• Process and track employees’ requests for time off, ensuring that PTO accrual report reflects all activities

• Ensure data integrity between global HRIS and payroll systems

• Respond to employee inquiries for routine questions regarding payroll

To be a fit, you must have:

• Three years of relevant experience

• Experience working with Paycom Software

• Familiarity with state and federal payroll and tax regulations

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
