Position: Payroll Specialist (Temp)
Location: Portland, Oregon
Job Type: Contract (3-6 months)
Compensation: $32 - $36 an hour

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our client’s team on a contract basis. The perfect candidate will have experience with UltiPro (UKG), extensive payroll management skills, and knowledge of benefits administration. Precision is essential as you will be responsible for managing confidential information.

• Managing payroll data for a large number of employees

• Ensuring the accuracy of all data input into the payroll system

• Safeguarding the confidentiality and security of employee information

• Addressing payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly and professionally

• Assisting with year-end payroll reporting

• Undertaking other related duties as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay Details: $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
