LHH has partnered with a respected organization in Portland, OR to identify an EAM (Enterprise Asset Manager) Program Manager to lead critical enterprise initiatives across Field Operations, GIS Implementations, and Asset Management. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, ideal for a strategic and results-oriented leader with experience managing cross-functional technology programs in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead large, complex strategic programs with multiple interdependent projects, including oversight of other project managers and technical leads
Manage full program lifecycle—scope, planning, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, resource management, and delivery
Develop and maintain operating models, including governance structures, steering committees, and reporting cadences
Oversee inter-project dependencies, change management, and risk mitigation strategies
Interface with vendors and external delivery partners to align schedules, deliverables, and contractual obligations
Ensure alignment of program goals with enterprise objectives across Field Operations, GIS, and Asset Management
Utilize PMO best practices and templates for consistent tracking, documentation, and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of progressive experience in project and program management, preferably in utilities or infrastructure domains
Proven success leading large-scale strategic programs with enterprise-wide impact
Experience with performance tracking, program governance, risk management, and change control
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to influence across stakeholder groups
Proficiency in Planview or equivalent project portfolio management tools
Comfortable managing cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and technical delivery resources
Preferred Domain & Technical Experience:
Direct experience leading Field Operations, GIS implementations, or EAM initiatives
Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms: Clevest, IQGEO, ESRI, SAP, Azure, M365
Background in infrastructure, asset lifecycle management, or utilities technology environments
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
Master’s degree in business, technology, or related field is a plus
