Job Title: Project Administrator
Duration: Contract to hire
Location: Onsite – Portland, OR
Compensation: $27 – $32 per hour

About the Role

LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to support our client's team in managing government contracts and procurement processes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of contract administration, proposal development, and tracking systems. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness across all project documentation and communications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage administrative aspects of government contracts and procurement activities.

  • Draft, review, and track proposals, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and deadlines.

  • Maintain organized records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation.

  • Support project managers with scheduling, reporting, and documentation needs.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution.

  • Monitor contract performance and assist in resolving any compliance issues.



Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination and/or contract administration, preferably in a government or public sector environment.

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and proposal development.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work onsite in Portland, OR.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; further education is a plus.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with federal, state, or local government contracting regulations.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional project teams.



Pay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour
