LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established organization to hire a Property Manager for one of their residential communities. This is a direct hire, permanent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their property management career. The ideal candidate will have experience in affordable housing and a passion for serving residents with professionalism and care.

Locations & Team Structure:

Downtown Portland
- Residential property with 60+ units
- On-site team includes Maintenance Technician
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- Pay Range: $27–$29/hour
NW Portland
- Residential property with 40+ units
- On-site team includes Housekeeping Porter/Janitor
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (32 hours/week)
- Pay Range: $26–$30/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Market and lease available units
Complete income certifications and annual recertifications
Screen prospective residents and manage move-in processes
Maintain property standards and regulatory compliance
Collect rent and serve necessary legal notices
Prepare lease agreements and generate management reports
Collaborate with staff to support resident satisfaction and property upkeep

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in property management
Experience in the affordable housing space is strongly preferred
Strong working knowledge of leasing, compliance, and tenant screening
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle resident relations professionally and effectively
