LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established organization to hire a Property Manager for one of their residential communities. This is a direct hire, permanent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their property management career. The ideal candidate will have experience in affordable housing and a passion for serving residents with professionalism and care.

Locations & Team Structure:
  1. Downtown Portland
    • Residential property with 60+ units
    • On-site team includes Maintenance Technician
    • Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
    • Pay Range: $27–$29/hour
  2. NW Portland
    • Residential property with 40+ units
    • On-site team includes Housekeeping Porter/Janitor
    • Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (32 hours/week)
    • Pay Range: $26–$30/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market and lease available units
  • Complete income certifications and annual recertifications
  • Screen prospective residents and manage move-in processes
  • Maintain property standards and regulatory compliance
  • Collect rent and serve necessary legal notices
  • Prepare lease agreements and generate management reports
  • Collaborate with staff to support resident satisfaction and property upkeep

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management
  • Experience in the affordable housing space is strongly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of leasing, compliance, and tenant screening
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle resident relations professionally and effectively
