Locations & Team Structure:
- Downtown Portland
- Residential property with 60+ units
- On-site team includes Maintenance Technician
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- Pay Range: $27–$29/hour
- NW Portland
- Residential property with 40+ units
- On-site team includes Housekeeping Porter/Janitor
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (32 hours/week)
- Pay Range: $26–$30/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and lease available units
- Complete income certifications and annual recertifications
- Screen prospective residents and manage move-in processes
- Maintain property standards and regulatory compliance
- Collect rent and serve necessary legal notices
- Prepare lease agreements and generate management reports
- Collaborate with staff to support resident satisfaction and property upkeep
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management
- Experience in the affordable housing space is strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of leasing, compliance, and tenant screening
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle resident relations professionally and effectively
