LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a large, well-established property management organization based in the Portland Metro Area. We are looking for two dedicated Roving Property Managers to join their team. In this role, you will oversee multiple residential properties, support on-site teams, and ensure consistent operations and compliance across locations. Location: Portland Metro Area, OR (traveling between multiple properties)
Duration: Direct Hire
Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $28.00–$31.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple residential properties
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) or HUD regulations and company policies
  • Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits
  • Support leasing activities, resident relations, and maintenance coordination
  • Assist with budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting
  • Provide coverage during staff absences or property transitions
  • Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and internal teams

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Manager
  • Experience with LIHTC or HUD properties is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities


Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.00 per hour
